1.产品介绍 Product Introduction
深云基LTCC材料可用于制备高频下使用电子元器件，拥有良好的加工塑性，可制成厚度5 mil（125 um），宽度12 inches（304.8 mm），可根据客户需求定制厚度和宽度。瓷带和与之配套的贵金属导电浆料的优异的相容性，以及独特的高频下低介电常数低损耗特性使其成为先进封装应用的首选材料。
我司现主要生产两大系列产品： D6M 系列与 D6S 系列。D6M 系列主要应用在航空航天等高端领域，系列所用生瓷膜与金浆或金银浆混合体系共烧，我司关键材料知识体系自主可控，体系完整。
ShenYunji LTCC materials system can be used to prepare electronic components for highfrequency use, which is performing good prosessing plasticity, capable of producing thickness of 5mils (125 μm) and width of 12 inches(304.8mm), and the thickness and width can be customizedaccording to customer needs. The excellent compatibility of ceramic tape and accompanying metalconductive paste, its unique low dielectric constant and low loss characteristics under high-frequencymake it the preferred material for advanced packaging applications.
Our company is now mainly engaged in the production of two series of products: D6M and D6S.D6M is mainly used in high-end fields such as military or aerospace, co-firing of green ceramic film,gold paste or gold-silver paste mixture system used in the series.The key material knowledge systemis self-controlled and complete.

3. 加工指导 Typical Processing Parameters
层压条件 Lamination | 3000 psi（21 MPa），70 ℃，5-10分钟 3000 psi(21MPa),70℃,5-10minutes |
排胶 Burnout | 升温速率小于2℃/min，450℃保温2小时 450℃ for 2 hours, <2℃/min ramp to 450℃ |
烧结 Firing | 升温速率6-8℃/min，850℃保温10分钟 850℃ peak for 10 minutes, ramp to peak temperature 6-8℃/min |
承烧板 Setters | 碳化硅、石英；不要使用纯氧化铝作为承烧板 Silicon Carbide, fused quartz; bare alumina setters should not be used |
4. 保存方法 Storage and Shelf life
请保存在一个阴凉、干燥的环境中，避免阳光直射。最佳使用年限：12个月
Tightly capped containers, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Properly stored material will have a shelf life of 12 months.
